Customer testimonials
This was my first time using professional movers and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Nick and Santi were fast, efficient and made moving to another borough an absolute breeze. Will definitely be using their services again and would recommend 10/10.

Nick and Experia moving crew - for the 100th time - thank you for turning our hardest moving experience so far into the nicest one ever!

Experia Movers were absolutely amazing. They were quick, efficient, hard working and super professional. Not one thing broke during the move. Very happy with them and can’t wait to recommend them to anyone who is about to move.

The things people actually ask before they hand over their
apartment. Short answers, no small print.
Yes, and there is no charge for it. Send us your building's
requirements when you book and we will have the COI issued and emailed to
management, usually within one business day.
Most Manhattan and Brooklyn buildings will not let a mover through the door
without one, so we handle it before moving day rather than on it.
The price is agreed in writing before the truck rolls and it
does not move because the job ran long.
The only thing that changes a quote is you adding items, or an access detail
we were not told about — and we tell you before we start, not after.
No surprise fees. Stairs and carry distance are built into the quote up
front, which is why we ask about floors and elevator access when you book.
Tell us it is a fourth-floor walk-up and the price already includes it.
Every move is covered by standard carrier liability, and fuller valuation
coverage is available if you are moving something high value.
We are licensed and insured, and the coverage that applies is set out in
writing with your estimate — before anything is loaded.
Two to three weeks is comfortable. The end of the month, and any weekend
between May and September, is when New York moves all at once — those dates go
first.
Short notice is often still fine. Ask, and we will tell you honestly whether
we can crew it properly.
Anything flammable or corrosive — propane, paint, aerosols, cleaning
chemicals — plus perishables and live plants on long distance runs.
Cash, jewellery and documents should travel with you, not on the truck. If
you are unsure about an item, ask before packing it.
Every fragile item gets its own crate.
Art, mirrors, marble, instruments. We build the box on site, and it travels flat, strapped and labelled.
